The following terms apply to all experiences and tours booked through Experience PEI. Specific tours may have additional terms and conditions. These will be clearly marked on that tour’s Book Now page and in the terms outlined in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations

• Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event. A full refund will be issued, less a 5% admin fee.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event time are non-refundable.

• No-shows will not be refunded.

• Experience PEI reserves the right to cancel any tours. If Experience PEI cancels your tour we will help you reschedule or provide a full refund.

Tour Minimums

Many of our tours have a requirement for a minimum number of participants to run. If you book a tour that doesn’t reach the minimum requirement, we may cancel that tour. If we do, we will help you reschedule or provide a full refund.

Weather

Our tours run rain or shine. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policies because of weather.

If Experience PEI believes conditions are unsafe, we will cancel a tour and we will be in touch to reschedule or arrange a refund.

Please Be on Time

Unless explicitly booked as a private event, our tours and experiences may include people other than your party. Start times will not be delayed if you are late, nor will time be added to the end of the tour.
